The ARSS Alumni Association proudly joined Anna Regina Secondary School at their Graduation Ceremony on November 28th, 2025, celebrating the achievements of the graduating students, the school’s 50th anniversary, and the launch of the historic first-ever ARSS Yearbook.
This milestone was made possible through the dedication of our alumni team, led by lead delegate Samuel F. Barakat (Class of 1975) whose vision and commitment laid the foundation for this historic publication and yearbook designer Wazeefa Barakat (Class of 2014), in collaboration with the outstanding ARSS staff members:
Headmaster Sir Lalljeet Ruplall – Team Leader
Miss Binawattie Dasrat – Lead Staff Editor
Miss Nikita James – Clubs & Activities Editor
Sir Reuben Khayum – Photographer
To commemorate this milestone, the association donated a banner for the graduation ceremony, and plaques were presented to teachers who contributed to the production of the yearbook.
At the graduation, 300 copies of the yearbook were distributed to graduating students and teachers. A total of 1,500 copies will be printed, with the remaining copies to be distributed later in coordination with the school.
Anyone wishing to contribute toward the production cost of the remaining copies can contact the association via email: info@arssalumniassociation.com or WhatsApp: 703-6558.
Congratulations to the Class of 2025! We celebrate your hard work and dedication, and we honor the enduring legacy of Anna Regina Secondary School.

The Anna Regina Secondary School Alumni Association was established out of a vision to reconnect, uplift, and give back to the school that has shaped so many lives. With the rise of digital media and social networking, the initiative started as a concept to bring together thousands of alumni for the school's 50th Jubilee celebration. In just two months, this vision became a reality, with over 900+ alumni registering on the website—an achievement that confirmed the need to formalize an association. At the inaugural meet and greet, 200+ alumni attended, marking the beginning of a lifelong network dedicated to preserving the school’s legacy.
Spearheaded by a passionate team of alumni specializing in graphic design, marketing, and information technology, the website and association were created through countless hours of dedication. The association will be governed by approximately 20 voluntary alumni delegates representing the school’s 61-year history and spanning multiple countries. Efforts are already in motion to establish the association legally, complete with a constitution, by-laws, membership database, and formal agreements with the school.
But this is more than just a network—it is a movement. The association's mission is to foster a lasting connection between past and present students, support educational initiatives, and inspire future generations with the achievements of those who have walked these halls before them.
Exciting Proposed Projects for 2025
As we look ahead, the association has outlined several impactful projects, fully funded by committed corporate alumni:
